Nina Fallico is the Founder of Discover Human Intelligence, a movement dedicated to teaching the human skills schools never taught us. As a keynote speaker, educator, and coach, she helps people understand why they think, feel, and react the way they do—then equips them with practical tools to build healthier relationships, make better decisions, and thrive in both life and business.
The Philosophy
We believe that academic success and human success are not the same thing.
Schools teach us how to pass tests, memorize information, and build careers. But life asks something entirely different. Every day we're challenged to navigate relationships, communicate effectively, regulate our emotions, make difficult decisions, resolve conflict, lead others, and understand ourselves.
These are the skills that shape the quality of our lives, yet they're rarely taught.
